Yes, we’re happy to care for donkeys as well as horses. Our team is experienced in supporting the specific needs of donkeys, from routine health care to more complex issues.
Absolutely. Our Potash Farm clinic in Melton is fully equipped with stables, stocks, a concrete trot-up area and ménage. It’s ideal for diagnostics, investigations or procedures that can’t be done on your yard.

We always try to provide continuity wherever possible. Many of our equine clients value seeing a familiar face, and we’ll do our best to make that happen. In an emergency the nearest member of the team may need to attend.
If your horse is being seen at the yard, please make sure they’re caught, clean and dry, and ideally in a quiet space. If you’re bringing them to the clinic, we’ll let you know what to bring and how to prepare when you book.
Yes, we’re happy to support insurance claims and can complete the paperwork for your claim. Just let us know at the time of your visit.
