Natalie joined the Ryder-Davies & Partners team in May 2017, having previously lived, worked and trained in Cheshire. She began her veterinary career at just 17 years old as a nursing assistant, before qualifying as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2009.

Over the years, Natalie has developed a wealth of experience and enjoys all aspects of nursing, with a particular passion for wound management and critical care. She takes great pride in supporting patients through their recovery and is dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for them.

Natalie is a familiar and friendly face to many of our clients and patients in Ipswich. In fact, she has earned the affectionate nickname “Aunty Nat” from many of her regular visitors who see her for nurse consults, including six-month health checks, socialisation visits, nail clips and weight clinics. She loves building long-term relationships with both pets and their owners, helping them feel comfortable and confident when visiting the practice. She does, however, admit to having a soft spot - especially for cute Yorkshire Terriers!

She has a particular weakness for the breed, including her own beloved rescue dog, Pebbles, who keeps her very much on her toes.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys socialising, travelling and exploring new places. She is also a keen cook and loves baking in her spare time.
